Okay so I went to download the game granny onto my tablet. I accidently downloaded a fake because it came at the top as sponsored. Once I opened it I was spammed with ads and some agree thing and I immediatly closed the app and deleted it obviously. Should I be worried about getting a virus though? Since it's Google playstore I'd assume it's mostly protected but I'm a bit afraid cause I went to the person's account and they only make games that already exist. Hoping it's just some sort of adware
