I got notice on Friday saying someone requested access to my eOPF personnel files. I've never had this happen before. Is this something to be concerned about?
I'm a mid-career employee (15+ year)
Haven’t applied to any new jobs or details
No known performance issues
No ongoing HR actions that I’m aware of
Appreciate any insight from folks who’ve seen this before.
Update: I look a closer look at the form this morning, it's a SF 127. The request is from my agency to the National Archives and Records Administration, in regards to my former agency.
My gut tells me this is a simple request to update/audit my records. Maybe docs from my former agency are missing in my personnel folder. I'm going to reach out to the POC and ask whats going on, just to ease my mind.
