Things to look for

Going to go look at our dream farmhouse today, what kinda things should we look for and ask about? The home was built in 1898 and is listed on our city historical registry. They list it as a queen anne but I thought queen anne style homes had more pizzazz and ornate details? What style home is this? We plan on getting a inspector specifically for historical homes, but are there any big red flags we should run from before even getting the inspection? Inside is really nice, hardwood floors look original, wood work is still there and nice, it just has the landlord special.

edit to add I have gone through the pictures again and there's mantels that look like they were fireplaces at one time but it's listed as no fireplaces, is that a red flag here?
