My sister just received her silent approval. From Mexico, we submitted 11/12 and biometrics were reused. Expired 4/1/26 (applied 140 days before), senator inquiry requested 4/1, submitted expedited request 5/2 and uploaded letter of support. Senate inquiry rejected 5/8 (stated that it was within the processing time). Saw I-821D api movement in 5/12, checked this morning and saw api movement on both apps, logged in right now and saw the approval notice.

Mine expires in May 2027 and will be renewing at 180 days.
