This is a variegated pink lemon tree. It’s in a large pot and lives outside in the summer, gets a full day of south facing sun inside in the winter. About 2 or 3 months ago I saw it had scale really bad but I got rid of them manually and sprayed with neem oil. Then it bloomed beautifully a few weeks ago and had tons of lemons set. Now there’s only 4, the rest fell off, and the first and biggest one looks like maybe it’s no good? And it’s been losing all of its leaves, is showing no signs of growing new ones. I gave it citrus fertilizer a few weeks ago. Any help appreciated!
