Stalker - how to deal?
Hi there,
I’m a 32-year-old man. I’ve been noticing a lady in her late 30s walking down Lambton Quay. She’s always wearing glasses and her old mother is accompanying her. The lady seems to be taking photos of me, pointing her phone at me which I can clearly see. It happened for like 5 times.
Yesterday, it happened again. I walked past her and looked back, catching her zooming in on my face on her phone. I confronted her about it, telling her to stop, but she pretended not to understand me or speak English and walked away.
I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable about this situation. My friend suggested I not worry too much, but I’m concerned that there’s something wrong and she’s not being respectful.
I’m at a loss for what to do. I still don’t understand why she did it so blatantly.
