I just started a micro dose of Wegovy and am now eating 1200 calories per day. My carbs are pretty much all fruits, veggies, and some whole grains. Proteins come from low-fat cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lean meats, protein powder, and soy milk (sometimes eggs, but that's rare for me). The trouble is, in order to hit my protein goal, I am almost always overshooting my fats limit. Are my macros off? If not, how can I get enough protein without the excess fat?
