S25u problems and duraspeed???
I was given a s-25u Samsung phone as a Christmas present 5 months ago. It is a refurbished phone but it was from Amazon and it came in a authentic Samsung box properly packaged. However I have had nothing but problems with it. It hangs, freezes, randomly reboots, terribly slow, apps keep crashing. It has Duraspeed installed on it and I'm very confused about that. According to all of my googling dura-speed was never installed on Samsung 25 new phones. I don't know how it ended up on this phone. And I can't get rid of it because apparently it's part of the operating system and to get all kinds of warnings that the phone isn't going to work properly if I try to dig in and delete it. Could dursbee be the cause of all the problems that this phone is having? If it is is there a way to get rid of it or do I just need to replace this phone already.
