multilingual interviews are kinda rough to transcribe

doing research interviews rn and half my participants switch between english and french/spanish mid sentence. every tool i tried just gives up or outputs total gibberish when they code switch like that. is there anything that actually handles multilingual transcription without me fixing everything by hand after? student budget so nothing crazy expensive pls

Clinic owners

We've been having recurring computer/system issues at our clinic and our current IT provider doesnt know what they're doing. Looking IT support that understands healthcare/HIPAA. Who are actually using and happy with?

Permission to post mods. Thank you

Finally opening my own clinic

After years of saving, I finally have enough money to open my own clinic without taking out any loan. Everything is came from hard earned money and I don't wanna waste it. Any must-haves or advice before I get started? Like, recommended emr, billing, marketing, etc...

Anyone else struggling to bridge audio, visuals, and brand intent in commercial AI ads? This might be the fix

Commercial AI work starts getting tricky when we try to intersect the brand intent and the actual dynamic motion.

For a recent high-fashion eyewear ad, I used MiniMax H3’s Omni Reference mode to see if it could keep the strict product spec. What ended up working  was pairing a multi-angle 3D product reference grid directly with a strict prompt system that had the shots partitioned (Shot 01 | ..., Shot 02 | ...).

By setting explicit spatial boundary rules and avoid upscaler smoothing, the frame geometry held up okay across different fast cuts and macro pans, with no noticeable warping.

Example structure:

Camera Rules: Full-body shots MUST ONLY be rear walks. Frontal shots limited to waist-up.

Shot 01 | Macro: Extreme close-up on lens with specular light sweep.

How do you all lock down products or accessories during shots with dynamic motion? Are you using multimodal grids, or relying on 3D/post-compositing?

I'm considering opening my own clinic

I've spent the last 7 yrs in residency, and lately I've been seriously thinking about opening a clinic instead of staying employed. For those of you who own a clinic. was it worth it? What were the biggest challenges you didn't expect? If you could start over, what would you do differently? I'm also curious how many of you started with virtual consultations vs opening a physical clinic right away. How does that work in practice? Just trying to learn from people who've already been through it. Thanks in advance!

is converting voice to text actualy reliable enough for everyday use now or still inconsistent??

ive trying different ways to convert voice to text lately for things like meeting notes..quick ideas and interview recordings…

some tools do really well when the audio is clean and only one person is speaking..but once thers background noise, people talking over each other, or just a casual recording from a phone, the accuracy drops a lot more then i expected.

it makes me wonder if converting voice to text is actually reliable enough for everyday work now, or if it still depends heavily on perfect recording conditions..

for those of you who use voice to text regularly, whats your exp.. been like? Are there specific setups or tools that actually feel dependable in real situations?

A few words still get missed here and there, but maybe my expectations are too high!!!

Why are so many small businesses outsourcing employees now and how do you build trust remotely?

I’ve noticed a lot of small businesses are outsourcing employees. For those doing it, why did you decide to outsource instead of hire directly?

How do you build trust with remote/outsource teams? How do you know people are actually doing the work and communicating well without being in the office? Trying to understand how people make this setup work long term.

Is an acne body brush actually worth using for body acne?

I’ve been seeing acne body brushes lately and I’m curious if they actually help with body acne or if they’re just better for cleansing. I mostly deal with breakouts on my back and shoulders. I’ve tried loofahs and exfoliating gloves before. They make my skin feel cleaner, but I have not really seen long term improvement on acne itself. For those who have used an acne body brush consistently, did it actually help over time, or did you mainly notice differences in cleanliness and texture?

For anyone managing multiple locations or multiple clients, what tools make GBP work easier (posts, reviews, reporting, tracking), and what’s not worth paying for?
