if you were limited to just one peptide for the entire year, what is your pick?

No stacking multiple things or using custom blends, just one single choice. I would probably stick with NAD+. It is definitely not the most flashy option out there, but I think having good energy levels, bouncing back from workouts, and just feeling solid every day is way more important to me in the long run. I want to hear what you guys would go with if you were in this spot.

I am losing weight on a GLP but my husband is gaining weight and stopped being intimate with me

I have been taking Zepbound for six months now and it is driving a massive wedge into my marriage. Both of us have struggled with being heavy for years. I finally decided to start the injections and I have dropped twelve pounds so far. My husband absolutely refuses to even look into getting a prescription for himself. He constantly makes passive comments about doing things the natural way and acts like dealing with side effects means the process is unnatural.

The real issue is he has actually gained twelve pounds since I started. He completely stopped touching me and rejects me every single time I try to initiate anything. I know he probably just feels insecure seeing my progress, but being totally starved for intimacy is really starting to mess with my head. I am getting healthier but I feel like my marriage is falling apart at the exact same time. How do you handle a partner who resents your progress just because they refuse to get on the medication themselves?

I am 19 and way overweight for my age. How can I get my mom to help pay for GLP-1s?

I am being 100% serious with this. I am 19 and I am way too fat for my age. I weigh about 240 pounds, which is definitely in the obese range for a guy my age. I recently got a job and moved out on my own, but even with the money I am making now, I really still cannot afford to buy tirzepatide or other GLP-1s. Between rent and my other bills, there is just no way to fit it into my budget.

I want to ask my mom to help me pay for the medication because I am tired of being this heavy and I want to get my health under control before it gets any worse. I have tried dieting on my own, but it is not working. Does anyone have advice on how to bring this up to her? I do not want to sound like I am just begging for money, but I genuinely need the help to afford this. Am I being stupid for asking her, or is this a reasonable thing to talk to her about?
