I am a black sheep/lone wolf in my department. Everyone appreciates my work, but when it comes to my supervisor (who changes almost annually, as I’m overseen by AD) stepping up to do my review, appraisals, signing time cards, etc, it’s crickets. I work in a healthcare facility, so my supervisor is normally a doctor.
I have started and pushed all my portions of the progress reports and appraisals through. Now my supervisor can’t access it and the HLR also has access issues. They have been trying (when they have time) to get it resolved, but still nothing.

Is there anything else I can do at this point? I don’t really know who to go to or engage with at this point. Our regular civilian HR left for a different area and an AD person is sending out reminders to everyone, but I don’t think it’s really a priority.

I’ve always gotten good reviews and awards. Am I missing the boat if this hasn’t been submitted
At this point? I feel lost. I realize rewards may be few and far between moving forward, but would like the opportunity if it’s there and not miss it bc I can’t get someone to complete the DPMAPS. But really I just want it done so I don’t feel like I’m doing something wrong.
I’m so lost!
