Hi all,

I received an offer for Computer Engineering but without any scholarship offer or any interview at all, but since I am already accepting NUS with scholarship, I was thinking of appealing to NTU EEE in the appeal/2nd window

Does anyone know if appealing in the 2nd window, will the OAM or faculty reconsider scholarships again?
