We have a 17 week old puppy who still is struggling with pottying in the house. We got him at 9 weeks and crate trained him right away. He’s don’t really good with it and I thought it would be really helpful in potty training. We enforce naps so we put him in for 2 hours to nap, potty, play (he will pee in the house during play usually) and potty again before he goes back in (he is out for usually an hour) for another 2 hours. He has water in his crate at all times and gets as much go eat as he wants right now per his vet to get his weight up. The big problem is I could take him out every 30 mins and he would still have accidents. He doesn’t alert at all. When he does it’s so out of the blue that we don’t recognize it usually or we think he wants out but he wants to play with us. It’s getting really frustrating
