For context, I am taking my first Muay Thai class next week ( never trained any martial art in my entire life ) and just wanted to know about how long it would take to confidently beat the average untrained man. I'm a pretty physical guy, 6 foot, about 180 pounds, and definitely stronger/more athletic than the average guy.
