redemption process
I have been waiting to receive my redemption for now 7 days. I have taken hundreds of selfies and selfies with my ID. I have sent multiple copies of my bank statements and taken pictures of my credit card and debit cards. I am know doing my third KYC verification. I'm recently new to the app so I didn't know that if you were a loyalty member or something that your redemption would automatically be put first in que
Was wondering did anyone else go through this process? When I initially wanted to redeem it was 784.00 . So after 3-4 days of not receiving someone suggested that I try a lower amount which I did and left 284 on the app. So after they said pretty much the more you play the more loyalty perks or something so I lost the 284. back to the games. In a couple hours it will be officially 7 days/168 hrs and still haven't received my redemption
