Given the current layoffs and uncertainty about the future, which companies gives the most security?

I'm in europe, in Italy and Germany is very hard to get fired, but not impossible.

Given the current climate, which companies are stable, and do not fire people ramdomly with the excuse of AI?

I remember the times before AI, you had to go to forums and the usual Stack Overflow, people sometimes where not helpul and toxic like here on Reddit too.

I had some toxic online encounters with other professionals from the community enough to make me hate a bit my carreer.

I'm glad I don't have to deal with rigid minded people again and similars.

AI can actually be your best friend if used properly.
