I came across this Instagram account, I can't tell if it's real or AI or scam?

I thought this account might be AI because the images are pretty recent, only five days ago. Yes this account has a lot of followers, and the image is the kind of foggy like it's made by a computer. Has anyone come across this before? She's added gas to her car barefooted, that's not safe.
