Peking duck question
I have a preseasoned Peking duck from the Asian grocery store and was planning on making it with sweet potato mash or oven sheet baked sweet potato and broccoli. My wife thinks that those flavors would clash unless we season the sweet potatoe in a certain way. Ala a sesame glaze or a teriyaki glaze. I think the duck that is the main flavor bringer and we should be more casual with the sweet potato and broccoli.
What do yall think? Should we ditch the sweet potato all together? Thanks in advance!
