How to change career path after working as a tech consultant at B4 for 3 years ? Does MBA work or will it get me into management consulting role?

Hi there,
This is for MBA graduates who have worked as a tech consultant or were in the technical role post undergrad and did MBA. How have been doing post your MBA? Are you happy to quit what you had or do you miss the old tech role which gave you comfortable wfh ? This que is also for the people who are introverts but still want to work to make their life better by taking challenges. It's been 3 years I am working at B4 as a tech consultant. My ug degree was not into tech but I somehow managed to work here. Now I want to make a switch for growth but don't want to stay too technical. so I thought of doing MBA which might help me to land roles outside tech. But holding workex as a tech consultant there is a high chance that I will land up into mgt consultant role which I don't think I am going to do. How can I prepare my cv before joining mba to get into different roles ? [ not interested in marketing , finance , HR , consultant] Will really love to get suggestions from the experienced people!!
