Hi! I purchased a 1930’s (?) vanity from Facebook Marketplace and I’ve started refinishing it. I would like to modernize the piece a bit by covering the decorative pieces at the base with wood veneer, but I’m not sure if that’s the best way to do that. Also, I’m unsure of what type of wood veneer was used. Google says walnut.
