Hi, my parents just upgraded to new phones and they can’t log into their Gmail/yahoo. They’re frustrated and I don’t know how to help them. It’s trying to get them to send codes to their old phones but they don’t have access to those anymore. Also when they try to use “send code to number” it’s either taking a while or not sending the code at all.
