About a year ago I dyed my hair neon green from an orange color. my hair has grown out so I wanted to touch it up, my friend bleached the top and we applied the same dye I had used before only this time it came out WAY too radioactive UV bright which I did not want. I’m not sure how to mute the color since it’s really only bad on the top of my head that we bleached. I’m worried about having two toned hair. I was going to add a darker green to it to try to help but I’ve heard adding a few drops of orange would help neutralize the vibrancy but idk the exact amount and don’t want to buy a whole bottle of dye for a few drops. I included photos of how it looks now vs how it was a year ago when I first dyed it. Help.
