I wanted to check if anyone here has recently applied for a French visa through the Kolkata consulate.

If you’ve received a decision recently, could you please share:

• Your visa type (tourist / student / talent / long-term, etc.)
• Submission date (VFS Kolkata)
• Date your visa was approved / passport dispatched
• Any additional document requests (if applicable)

There seems to be a lot of delay lately, so it would really help to understand current timelines.
