I see that for some roles it lists NY salary outside major metropolitan as one range than NY in major metropolitan as a higher band.

I was wondering people’s experience with getting that higher band with a remote role.

Do you need to already be living in nyc for example or can you an express an intention and establish some form of contract based on permanent address.

Does LM offer sabbaticals? 6 months+ of time off specifically.
