so I’m a relatively new business (property maintenance residential and commercial) and I need every job I can get. And I’m charging low rates to build up business and contacts. Well this customer wants a lawn care and help with odd jobs around her property regularly but she’s starting to tell me how to run my business and what I should have my workers doing and when and where I should be. It’s a steady flow of cash but at what point do I cut ties if at all? I’ve considered charging a pain in the ass fee but I know that’s not very ethical
