I’ve been researching operational workflows for multi-location businesses recently and realized a surprising number of businesses still manage permits/licenses through spreadsheets, email reminders, or manual tracking.

For franchise operators specifically, I’m curious:

• How are you currently tracking renewals/compliance across locations?
• Is this handled centrally or at the store level?
• What’s the biggest pain point operationally?
• Have missed renewals/compliance issues ever become a serious problem?

The reason I’m asking is because I’ve been building software around this space after seeing how messy permit management becomes once businesses start scaling locations.
