There is a visible pattern of institutional bias at the institute regarding the allocation of Unreserved (UR) seats. Historical data indicates that even when non-general background candidates top both the objective and subjective written evaluations, they are routinely eliminated during the interview stage through manipulated viva-voce scoring to accommodate lower-scoring general category candidates.
This systemic filtering directly impacts my candidacy. Belonging to the OBC Creamy Layer, I am required to compete exclusively for Unreserved seats on pure merit. However, because my surname clearly indicates a non-general background, the selection committee subjects my profile to the same prejudices faced by reserved candidates, bypassing my top written scores and neutralizing my right to a fair evaluation.
