genuine question for traders who've been funded before.

looking back, do you think trading a funded account improved your trading or did it end up creating habits that you had to unlearn later?

I’ve been trading for a while now and recently got interested in prop firms after seeing some people talk about them lately. Never tried one before so i wanna ask, what are the main things I should pay attention to before starting with a prop firm?
