Hi, I'm a Canadian citizen who has been here in the US for 8 years, and have recently gotten married to an American citizen. With the new AOS changes, I am stressed about some of the weirdness in my past to stay in the country. I graduated college here in 2024, and haven't worked here (due to being unable to), but have been on B2 visa, OPT, and then now an earlier AOS to B2 visa again.
Im unsure if AOS is the right call, or if returning to Canada (sads) and having to file through consulate is the right call.
Any opinions welcome - truly just a tricky situation.
