Any other LADA friends out here just like what the heck! Some days I feel like my pancreas works and the others, I look at food and my sugar SKYROCKETS!
Sometimes I take the same amount of insulin for the exact same meal and it’s perfect and others it plummets me.
Treating this is so hard!!!

I wanted to get some opinions as a newer diagnosed LADA individual. For the last year, I was managing my sugars by diet exercise and GLP’s switched to insulin as my sugars after meals are sky rocketing. My body still produces a decent amount of insulin on its on and I am able to eventually come back down and remain stable overnight. My DR started me on half units of insulin, but sometimes it’s just too much. He is recommending a pump to be able to micro dose and has mentioned Omnipod Tandem Mobi? Wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or prefers one pump over another?
