Is there anyone with 4th drop and just 12th pass?

What are your plans if u don't get selected in neet?
I scored 504 on 3rd may made a lot of mistakes that day in a hurry
Can anyone suggest me what to do next if I don't make it this time also?
I passed my 12th in 2022 and didn't went to school due to Covid and after 12th I took yakeen batch since then I am preparing by myself never went to an offline coaching...I am stuck in my life..my parents are also not educated much I had a dream of becoming dr so started preparing myself...I feel I had potential but in all went into drain it would have been better agr mene offline pdha hota ek sal bhi ...ghr pe just aise ek room me pdh ke I feel depressed and lonly....as i dont have anyone to share anything..no friends no social life...and my parents they just don't understand sometimes what I feel ..now my parents are also like ki dekhte h kya krti ho 21 june ko ( a bit taunting tone)..btw they are also ryt that they gave me this much time and everytime they were supportive meanwhile I am not a good daughter jo acha nhi kr pa rhi
