The ladder broke while I was climbing
I've been working at an independent agency as a FT level 9 (UT) employee for almost 4 years now. Our org chart had a level 10 and an 11, but new management vaporized that L10 position (that I started to have my eye on) and made a second L11. How do I continue to climb the ladder now? I'm guessing I will need to look elsewhere in the cwopa neighborhood. Any thoughts?
