Several months ago; I was gifted a Santa Muerte statue from someone that I considered a friend. Now, I am realizing that this person is actually a terrible person, very toxic and manipulative, and in fact does not like me at all once I held some appropriate boundaries. I now believe that our "friendship" was very transactional and I am now questioning whether it is appropriate to keep the statue he gifted me and if not, what can I do with them to ensure that La Santisima is happy if not with me.
