Maybe it doesn’t work for me.
Hello all I started 0.25 2 1/2 weeks ago and have only lost one pound. And it’s fluctuating.
I have had no symptoms thankfully and feel some of the food noise has gone down. I’m being more mindful of protein intake and cutting back on unnecessary snacks.
I’ve also naturally have slowed down my appetite since I recently stopped breastfeeding.
I plan on starting to exercise - maybe a walking pad or yoga. But I’m pretty active with a toddler and newborn.
I just fear the medication might not be compatible with me, or maybe I’m too eager to drop weight.
What actions helped support your progress ?
