i e been working at my new job for about 3 weeks and had a progress meeting with my boss at my last shift and there were some issues about how i’m not working hard enough/too chatty and i apologised and explained how since im used to working with kids talking to them was the main part so the changeover is different but now i don’t have any shifts until one ten hour one on the 20th.
i don’t know how to prove ill be better if i don’t get given any shifts and i really need this job.
