6 tix for $200-thanks to this group!
Just wanted to thank this group for all the suggestions and also to share my broadway experience this week.
My 10 year old daughter loves broadway (hamilton, wicked, six, etc). We have only been to NYC once before with her but I couldn’t spend a lot on tickets so I tried for all the lotteries (both my husband and I did all of them)- won for:
The Play That Goes Wrong- I never would have done this play if it wasn’t for this group suggesting it. I sent her with my husband since he likes slapstick humor and I don’t. They both LOVED it so much. This was her favorite and I was shocked. Wouldn’t stop talking about it. Also the lottery tickets were fist row! Not center but not far off. Huge win.
Six- saw on tour before but this was a great show. Can’t remember the name of the woman who sang Heart of Stone but it was so phenomenal. Good seats too. 12th row center.
Maybe Happy Ending- $20 a ticket is hard to beat. I was nervous about the seats after reading some threads but we got amazing mezz seats with a perfect view. The set design was so beautiful and unique from anything I have seen. The story was lovely.
Overall it was a very successful broadway trip. I really appreciate this group and hope this will help somene else!
