For up to 500 damage tanked if Duraludon has all of this on it. I know there are other effects that affect all types of pokemon, but if it's a non-metal (might be open to coloress just for the ability) pokemon, I'm good.
I have also consudered for a short time using Metagross 50/98 for Anceint Origins cause if it's 2nd attack that tanks 20 damage + it can have 2 Metal Cores on it at the same time, but nah, Duraludon is stronger.
Asking if there's any items or metal type pokemon that can increase my defense even more. I already have Jasmine as support, but if there's a support stronger than her, lemme know.
