Need stray/Feral help in Decatur Georgia

Location: Decatur, Ga

Greetings and help!

Normally I would be able to facilitate this myself and finally I have come to the conclusion that I better seek outside help because neighborhood help is nonexistent and I'm will be in my current disabled condition for a minute.

Moved to this rental house a year and few months ago, noticed a mother and two kittens, only one survived. I made sure they had shelter for the cold season, food and water. Due to a bus incident, I have knee, leg and foot mult nerve and ligament damage to my right leg, which will require multiple surgeries, one that has already failed. Getting around is a drag literally! Since then she magically produced two more kittens. Please that is sarcasm. I had a farmer friend who was going to come down nd make them barn cats, but too late... so needing trapping, and spading, homing help here... Thank you

Reverse mortgage question

Location: Atlanta, Ga

Hello all,

My father age 80 + lives in Illinios, nice property known as Oak Run. Recently , we his grown children found out he took out a reverse mortgage. Just recently he attempted to do minor repairs and ended up in the hospital for a few weeks. The nearest sibling has been keeping the rest of us updated and has powe of attorney for medical reasons. He has been diagnosed with early stages of dementia.

Last Sunday,he came home to find a sketchy half hazard note on his door from Mortgage company thinking he was being evicted. Which ofcourse went sent everyone into a panic mode. Something about warning to foreclose because of 2023 taxes not being filed which they were. I feel like these are tactics to scare an elderly man out of his home. I suggested we need to set up a power of attorney of my father's situation NOW. Plus, hire a lawyer to look over this reverse mortgage contract ...Any advice?
