Progesterone Challenge

I’m on the progesterone challenge and it’s day 7 and I started a bleed today! I was so mad at myself because I forgot to take the pill last night, but it seems to have worked out anyways.

My question is, for those who did the challenge, if you bled during it, did your next period return a month later pretty much on time or was it still irregular/missing?

I am all in, completely stopped exercise and have been eating whatever. I make sure to eat some big meals with extra carbs and have a snack every three hours in between. I lost my period for three months and had a period on the 3 month mark, but then missed again in May. I was probably in what’s considered quasi from April to May which caused the delay. I cut back exercise a lot but not completely until a few weeks ago when I also gave up my eating habits. Now I want to put myself in a position to have my period back regularly to be able to TTC.

From this, is there anything that I should change?

RAC Drug Exam Fall 2026

Is there a study group for the RAC fall 2026 drug exam? I am just starting to look into purchasing the bundle (practice exam, book, flashcards) and would love to get into a study group as well.

Any tips greatly appreciated!
