Have you ever seen a clip from your own body cam footage go viral? Or have you reviewed your own body cam footage before and wished you had done something differently?

Not LE nor have I ever been arrested, but I like to watch a lot of bodycam footage. Today I watched bodycam footage of four officers struggle to cuff what appeared to be a scrawny juvenile for over 20 minutes.

Why does it get so difficult to cuff someone when there is multiple officers against just one person? I’ve never wrested with a crackhead or taken down a drunk person, but I’m just so curious what makes it difficult to get cuffs on someone with help from multiple officers?
