I have been impressed with Formex watches and own the Essence 39mm. I have always like their Reef collection and had planned to add to my growing collection. But the new models from Longines Hydroconquest has certainly given me a pause. One Longines certainly has the history, quality and preferred 39mm and at a price that really surprised me. Formex also has excellent build quality and their unique design but only offers 42mm but ofcourse not the storied history or brand recognition of Longines. The pricing is very similar so I am hoping to hear from others who may have looked at them both on their thoughts.
