I'm joining iiitsricity cse this yr and I just wanna earn money so I could spend it .I feel guilty to ask my parents for allowance every month(I feel guilty coz I could have joined a core branch in nit).Pls help🙏🏻🙏🏻

I got btech IT cat 2 at VIT Vellore , and gave my SNUC Interview on 12th and waiting for prov admission letter, I will most prolly get csc core in iiit sricity. The problem is the dates r clashing , vit fee payment closes b4 my snu admission letter and i need 1 of these as backup. Should I pay fee and block seat at VIT or wait for SNUC result( idk wat course ill get).
