advice for someone with an xray like this?

advice for someone with an xray like this?

hi, all!

ive had chronic back pain for the majority of my life - im definitely to the point where it just feels “normal”. its obvious that i have scoliosis, but i also discovered i have degenerative discs after a car wreck in 2016. after that wreck, i experienced at least one compression fracture to one of my upper vertebrae (i don’t remember exactly which, but near where the neck meets the back), and had to wear a hardshell front and back brace. it was huge and literally looked like a turtle shell lol. more recently, i started experiencing a lot sciatic pain (at least, i think that’s what it is), especially when i lay flat on my back on a hard surface. during flare ups, the pain is so unbearable that it’s almost impossible to sit up.

I used to visit the chiropractor every other week, but as much as i love the cracks, i never thought it really helped my pain.

i just want to see if anyone has had similar experiences and if you have any recommendations on how to treat the pain and improve your quality of life.
