I recently found a copy of Uprising at a used game store near me ((obviously picking it up cause why in the name of the divines would I just leave it there)), and have been playing through it for the last couple of days

I'm genuinely enjoying myself so far, and haven't had too too much of a rough time with it. I can clear stages on at least Intensity 6, and have found that I swing mostly towards Staffs and Palms, sometimes dabbling with Blades. Though... I do have one question:

Does Intensity dictate how many stars a weapon can have? Like if I were to play on Intensity 8 for example, would I more often get weapons with 4 or 5 stars in either Ranged or Melee? Or is it purely RNG that dictates the stars on a weapon?
