I can't transfer apps because Transaction ID is of the old payment profile with incorrect organization name
Hello all,
When another developer account tries to transfer apps to our account, they receive this error about our transaction ID:
“That transaction ID doesn't belong to this developer account.”
But I confirmed that the transaction ID is correct, I'm very sure it's correct I read the documentation.
The issue is : when creating this account after paying the developer registration fee, we discovered that the D-U-N-S organization name did not match the CR company name by a mistake. So we contacted Dun & Bradstreet to change the information.
After D-U-N-S corrected the organization name, we created a second payments profile with the correct legal organization name.
Now we have:
* One payments profile with the old/incorrect organization name, which contains the developer registration fee transaction ID.
* One payments profile with the corrected organization name, but without a developer registration fee transaction ID.
We can't have apps transferred to us because the transaction ID belongs to the payment profile with the wrong/old name
how do I fix this ?
