Teaching overseas
Hey everyone,
I’m wanting to do more travelling next year and have thought about teaching overseas, in Europe, to then allow me to travel on weekends/breaks.
I have 5 years teaching experience here, Melbourne Australia, and I’m a female in my late 20s (with full accreditation).
I thought about London, as I’ve been with an agency before (I did CRT work for a year) and they offer support for Australian teachers looking to teach in London. I only have positive things to say about them as an agency. HOWEVER, I’ve looked through some posts here and a lot of people advise against teaching in the uk, due to higher stress, behavioural issues and cost of living.
Alternatively, I was wondering if anyone has insight into any other countries in Europe (Italy, Spain etc.) and what that process is like and also what sort of conditions I may expect.
I’m looking to go for at least a year and start off with casual work. Thank you so much ☺️☺️
