Help Identifying these parts and possible replacements

Hey yall! I'm looking to see what kind of filter this is, and what kind of latch it is on said filter. The forefront latch doesn't close properly, so the filter can't be properly sealed. I tried looking for a similar latch as replacement both online and in person, but to no avail.

If anyone has any suggestions on identifying/suggesting replacements for either latch and/or the entire filter, then that would be much appreciated!

For context, I'm a beginner, and I'm fixing up an old workshop used for Rock Sawing and Crushing. Most of what's going into the sink and filter is residual sediment and dust that isn't disposed of en masse with the rest. Hope that helps!
