CRT TV image got bad suddenly.

I have an Orion CRT TV (old TV brand in Hungary) i use for gaming. I found in the garage and used for around 2 days, but suddely the picture got really bad. (Its a european PAL 50 Hz model, 50 cm.) It was working normally yesterday, today it started to show many problems.
Now it has a horizontal vibrating white line on the bottom thats only visible in 4:3 mode, i cant see it in 16:9 ascept ratio.
The whole ascept ratio seems off, it has black border all around the image (the image used to fill the whole screen)
The worst problem is: now i cant make the image to look good. Its got waaay darker and its either too dark or too bright and all the whites just kinda "burn out". I tried balacing the contrast and brightness but i cant get a good looking image.
When i turn off the image it has a weird sound, it sound like a chirping cricket or something like that, a high pitch continous sound.
I already tried it with a PS2 and a Wii, same problem, i also use an AV to Scart converter. The TV only has a single scart port.
Could it be fixed somehow? I really want this thing to work again, it had a pretty image when it worked and its really painful to find a working CRT here.
Edit: it doesnt have the sticker on the backside that says the exact modell, so i cant say it for sure.
