I have never had a worse experience with a company. After two incorrect prescriptions being put into my frames (both verified by my optometrist as incorrect), sending the glasses back twice, having them lose my original lenses I sent with my frames, over 50 emails back and forth with their “customer service” department, multiple calls to be given the run around, I was finally refunded but it did not come close to compensating me for the inconvenience and complete waste of time this was. If I could warn every potential customer not to use them I would. Complete incompetence. My optometrist was absolutely shocked at their inability to simply fill his prescription. Please don’t waste your time with this scam of a company.
