(McAllen,Tx) Complex trying to charge me risk fee HELP
Hello I need help I singed and paid half rent and deposit to move in next day at my new apartment I get a text 3 days later that I need to pay a "conditional risk fee" which i was not told when I signed the lease and as well on the lease it says conditional fee-0.00 and shows what I paid to move in. I refuse to pay it because I wasn't mentioned that until later what do I do?
